Equestrian Fitness Classes

Classes at the Studio!

Do you want to:

  • Achieve a deeper more secure seat?
  • Learn how to "sit" in sitting trot without leaning back?
  • Give more clear, concise aids to your horse?
  • Stop your horse falling out on turns and circles
  • Feel less tired during or after riding

I'm sure you have heard it before-You need to improve your core or you need to stretch your hips out and maybe take up jogging...................Well there is a little more to it than that.

This is a class like no other! This class is designed to specifically look at how we ride and how we can make our own bodies ride better. I know you don't have hours of time to go to the gym, but I also know you really want to be the best rider you can for your horse. Just give me one hour a week and we will go through a range of exercises to help you do just that!

Small groups of up to 4 people make this a very personalised class where every member can work on their own goals with encouragement from a group of like minded people.

Tuesday and Thursday 7.30PM or Wednesday 10am.
