Personal Training can incorporate alignment and posture issues, general fitness and nutrition.
You will also be given a personalised programme to follow outside of sessions whether that is at home or the gym.
An initial Consultation is carried out free of charge to establish your exercise history, current issues and future goals in order for us to make a plan going forward.
1 Session per week @ £120 Per month
I also offer a combined 1 to 1 and Online Package which includes 1 face to face session per month and ongoing support via email weekly plus your own tailored programme and any extra help you require. This is charged at £70 per month.
