Here at Equestrian Fitness in Collaboration with RAW Equestrian we got to thinking about 2018 goals before the clock strikes midnight on Dec 31st.

  • Is 2018 the year that you and your horse take things up a gear and really start to work as a partnership?
  • Do you need to get past a particular problem with your horse and you aren’t sure how to fix it?
  • Maybe you aren’t sure if the weak link is you or your horse?

Then let Raw Equestrian and Equestrian Fitness help you with Personal Training for you and your Horse!

This one day Clinic to be held at RAW Equestrian, Bounty Farm Barn, WN8 9QS is a unique opportunity to receive just that.

The Day will consist of:

½ Hour lesson with BHS Instructor Amanda Wilson of Raw Equestrian to look at how you and your horse currently work as a partnership.

Followed by Biomechanics, Flexibility and Stability Assessment for you with Nicola Stuart from Equestrian Fitness- (30-45mins) to look at the imbalances and and weaknesses within in your body that may be inhibiting your riding.

You will then receive a personalised programme of exercises to work on whilst riding from Amanda along with a programme of unmounted exercises from Nicola.

Then you come back 6 weeks later for a follow up Clinic to see how much you have improved.

Total Cost of Combined Clinics £100. I think you will agree that is exceptional value!

Dates: 1st Assessment Saturday 20th January 2018 Follow up Assessment Saturday 3rd March.

Your Trainers:

Amanda Wilson is a BHS instructor with over 20 years’ experience teaching a variety of horses and riders. She competes in Dressage up to advanced medium level  alongside schooling and competing many different horses for clients.

Nicola Stuart is a Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist, Equipilates™ and Biomechanics Trainer. She has been working in the Fitness and Injury Rehab industry for 6 years and worked with many riders in that time, as well as writing for National Magazines and been an expert guest on Horse Hour Podcast. She is an Equestrian herself so understands the requirements of riding and the common issues that arise, and most importantly knows how to help you address them.

We can work on specific issues for your group or just a fun introduction to ways you can improve your riding. Equestrian Fitness uses carefully selected exercises to release, strengthen and balance the body to create a more efficient, co-ordinated and elegant rider.

If you and your friends (min group of 5) would like to hold a workshop  please contact me and we can look at possible locations – somewhere with space to lie on the floor would be ideal, and then we can arrange some dates.

Cost £25pp for a 2 hour workshop.

If it something your group wishes to pursue a weekly class or block of classes can also be arranged at my studio WN8 9QP
