This 6 week programme gives you a step by step 6 week workout programme that requires no equipment and just 20 mins per day! It is aimed at those new to exercise but there are more advanced options for those more experienced. Why not give it a go for just £10!

Equestrian Fitness offers personalised online training.

We have a look at your alignment both on and off the horse using photographs and then after taking full details regarding your history, current issues and future goals we design a plan specifically for you.

Then we check in weekly via email to see how you are getting on, deal with any problems and tweak anything that isn't working for you or needs progressing.

We can look at everything from your posture through to your muscular strength, cardio fitness and nutrition. It is tailored to your needs and goals exactly.

£50 per month.
