Exclusively for Staff and Friends of Knowsley Hall, Fitness Yogalates is a combination of Sports Yoga and Fitness Pilates.
This class is designed to improve your mobility and flexibility alongside improving your strength and stability without it feeling like Bootcamp!
This type of training has been proven to help manage back pain and other musculo-skeletal issues as well as aid sports performance and reduce injury risk.
Everyone is encouraged to work at their own level with regressions and progressions given when needed.
Wednesdays at 6pm in the Estate Social Club-mats provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Classes are charged monthly at £32 (£8 per class) however this is not a contract so you are able to suspend or cancel at any time through your own paypal.
