Hi, I'm Nicola,

Since launching Equestrian Fitness in 2015 , I’ve supported over XXX equestrians on their journeys to achieving and exceeding their individual fitness goals on and off their horses.
From dressage riders and eventers to those who love countryside hacks or clients returning to riding following injury – my horse rider workout Classes, Programmes, and Personal Training services are tailored around your needs, aspirations, and lifestyle.
I am a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Biomechanics and Equipilates™ Instructor, with qualifications in sports massage, injury rehabilitation, and yoga. And I enjoy nothing more than utilising these skills and varying forms of exercise to provide bespoke ‘groundwork’ support to my clients!

As a rider too, I’m aware of how much time, energy, and money we invest into ensuring our horses are happy, healthy, and able to carry out their activities, however, we often forget about ourselves…

Whether you’d like to improve your lower leg position, manage that wonky hip or build up your endurance on the cross country course, my mission here at Equestrian Fitness is to help you feel your best out of the saddle, so you can perform at your best and do what you love with your best friend. Designed with busy lives in mind, my online, in-person and group Classes, Programmes and Personal Training offerings ensure exercising is effective, efficient, and most importantly, fun!
